OVERVIEW:
Steve Gluckman is a noted technology executive and online learning expert. For more
than 11 years he has managed the development of technology and e-learning initiatives
for some of the world's largest and most prestigious organizations (federal agencies,
Fortune 500, Big 4, global law firms and others).
Mr. Gluckman recently authored a book for the American Bar Association titled "E-Learning for Law Firms" (currently on the ABA best-seller list) and speaks regularly at technology
and training conferences across the United States and Canada.
In 2004, Mr. Gluckman was contracted by the Democratic National Convention to serve as Special Advisor to the CEO (addressing technology and communications issues). He has
also written technology and training articles for multiple publications (most recently: Chief Learning Officer Magazine, Professional Development Quarterly and Legal Management Magazine).
Mr. Gluckman works closely with Harvard University's "Leadership for a Networked World" program and is the author of a Case Study developed for Harvard University's
E-Government Executive Education group. He also serves on the advisory boards of two
not-for-profit organizations.
