Assigned by Senior IBM executives to lead the development of VoIP Use Cases

Delivery Platform (SDP) - that is designed for fixed and mobile service providers
to deliver next-generation value-added voice, data and content services. This
SDP asset development project was part of a critical IBM SOA initiative that
shaped IBM's future in the Telecom marketplace. Responsible for defining,
documenting and implementing SOA compliant VoIP business use cases and
business models to support the Service Delivery Platform (SDP) using the
WebSphere Business Modeler 6.0 tool. Other responsibilities included providing

• On assignment at Telus was responsible for technical architecture assessment,
use case definition, and implementation expertise for the VoIP Pilot for a major
telecommunications provider. Provided expert technical subject matter expertise
in the development and delivery of an enterprise-wide business strategy and
triple-play strategy proposals. In addition, Assisted in providing senior technical
guidance in the development of the sales materials, information packets and
business case to support the development of the enterprise-wide VoIP strategy.
• As the Lead Architect was instrumental to the successful implementation of
Customer and Business VoIP for a Business & Consumer VoIP at Qwest.
