| Mr. Crowe is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of business experience comprised of financial investments, lending, budgeting, planning, leadership and sales.
Professional Experience:
2005-2007:
- Managing member and CFO of BiGas which is a propane transport and resale company in South Africa primarily servicing Zimbabwe and neighboring countries. He is responsible for financial and accounting functions associated with the procurement, transport and sell of propane allocations.
2000-2007:
- Senior Loan Consultant with Ameriquest Mortgage, Conseco finance and Prime Lending (a division of Plains Capital Bank). Responsible for designing and providing mortgage solutions for it’s client base. In addition, Mr. Crowe provided business consultant services for smaller independent mortgage companies. He established various protocols and trained loan officers and loan processors on efficient business practices.
1997-2000:
- Fidelity Investments, Mr. Crowe was responsible for business development in institutional sales. He managed long sales cycles and interfaced with Presidents, CEO’s, CFO’s and various human resource personnel to convert and/or enhance employee 401k retirement plans. Herschel also interacted with individual 401k account holders to facilitate mutual fund transfers, loans, withdrawals and IRA rollovers. He administered training classes and was instrumental in developing F.I.T., which was an interoffice database and process which was used to link multiple departments to provide a real time information source that increased productivity.
1996-1997:
- Human Resource Advisor for First Plus Financial. Worked in conjunction with information technology department to facilitate the implementation of the company’s new Peoplesoft payroll software and procedures. Ran payroll department, created systems for timely accurate data entry of all reported employee commissions, hours worked, severances, terminations, vacations and holidays in order to meet bi-weekly payroll deadlines.
1994-1995:
- Account Executive with Merrill Corporation. Merrill Corporation is a financial printing and litigation reprographics company. Responsible for managing existing accounts and bringing in new business. Mr. Crowe assured customer satisfaction by producing annual prospectuses and updates for public companies and timely reproduction of litigation and trial documents for firms such as Vinson & Elkins, Baker Botts and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
